Bai Rui Taekwon-Do Jimboomba
Jimboomba is one of Bai Rui Taekwon-Do’s long standing regional clubs located at Jimboomba Christian Family Church. The instructor is Ms Helen Hennegan (2nd Dan Black Belt). As an instructor she is very active in her training and attends weekly squad sessions as well as regularly attending black belt classes, tournaments, seminars, testings and camps. Ms Hennegan has trained under school founder, several of Bai Rui’s Masters as well as International Instructors.
Ms Hennegan has over 6 years of experience in Taekwon-Do and had also been the assistant instructor for 3 years, commencing her instructor journey in 2022. Ms Hennegan has represented Australia, and has competed in many regional, state and national competitions. As an instructor, Ms Hennegan is a blue card holder, Mental Health certifications, child protection training, and has been working in education for over 20 years in numerous positions from teacher through to management roles in schools and regional settings.
In this class, students will get the opportunity to develop their fitness, increase their focus and attention, and develop discipline and respect while learning the art of Taekwon-Do. Classes are family friendly allowing adults and children to train together in a fun, safe and friendly environment. Students will get personalised training to ensure that they get the most out of every class.
